We ship via Australia Post; please allow 1-3 business days for your parcel to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, you can start stalking your new products via the link in your email.

SHIPPING POLICY

ALL SHIPMENTS that can not be delivered due to incorrect address, details, attempted deliveries, or anything else. The SB Store will not be responsible for the shipment. If the parcel is returned to SB Store, the package can be resent at buyers expense.

If we can not get a hold of the customer within 10 working days. The order will be cancelled. The cost of the original postage and a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the original order amount before the refund is processed.
