It is advisable to detach the strip from the tray. When handling the fans, do so in two stages: first, grasp them near the base and peel them towards yourself. After placing them back down, lift them from the midpoint to dip, then tap and set them down. When applying adhesive, ensure that it is only applied to the base of the fan during the dipping process.
